Derosa Landscaping is owner-run. The person who quotes your job is on the property while it's being done.
We handle two sides of the same job: keeping a property maintained through the season, and building the hardscape that gives it structure. Both come down to the same habit: do the prep properly and the finish takes care of itself.
That means bed lines cut by hand before mulch goes down, base material compacted before a single paver is set, and the whole property blown off before we leave. It's a little slower, and it's the reason the work still looks right months later.
If you want something specific, like a particular stone, a mulch color or a cutting schedule, just tell us. We'd rather match what you actually want than guess.

Small things we insist on
- Mulch pulled back off trunks and siding, not piled against them.
- Paver joints swept and settled, edges restrained so they can't creep.
- Pressure matched to the surface, because stone, concrete and siding aren't the same job.
- Clippings and debris hauled off, never blown into a neighbor's yard.
